There’re mainly 2 types of air cushion machine in the market, one is for air bubble film like gourd film, air pillow bag, etc. One is for air column film, like air column bag roll, air column roll.
Due to different features of air bubble film and air column film ,they need different air cushion machine.
The air bubble film’s thickness ranges from 15um-40um normally, and most are HDPE materials which is weak adhesiveness . So it requests low power of the air cushion machine, and it can be inflated easily, without external air supply.
The air column’s thickness ranges from 45um-80um normally, and the material is LDPE which is stronger adhesion. It requests stronger power to inflate, and need external air supply like air compressor.
What’s more, the design is different between air bubble film and air column film, they are not able use the same air cushion machine.
Air cushion machines optimize material utilization by generating air-filled cushions as required. Unlike traditional packaging materials that may result in excess waste, these machines ensure precise and efficient use of air cushion film. This not only reduces material costs but also contributes to sustainability efforts, aligning businesses with environmentally conscious practices.
Investing in Air cushion machine can lead to significant cost savings and return on investment. By eliminating the need for additional packaging materials and reducing labor hours, businesses can optimize their packaging process and improve overall efficiency. The long-term benefits of increased productivity, reduced shipping damages, and enhanced customer satisfaction make air cushion machines a wise investment.
Air cushion machine are revolutionizing packaging operations by providing enhanced protection for products during shipping and handling. These innovative machines generate air-filled cushions from air cushion film, creating a cushioning barrier that absorbs shocks and impacts. This advanced packaging solution ensures that delicate items, such as electronics or glassware, reach their destination intact and in optimal condition.
