We have 3 different bubble size for air bubble rolls.
Large bubble, before inflated, the bubble diameter is around 4.5cm, after inflated the bubble diameter is around 3.5cm, the bubble thickness is around 1.6cm. This is the biggest bubble size that we have, and it’s the most common size in the market.
Medium bubble, before inflated, the bubble diameter is around 3.5cm, after inflated the bubble diameter is around 2.5cm, the bubble thickness is around 1.2cm.
Small bubble, before inflated, the bubble diameter is around 3cm, after inflated the bubble diameter is around 2cm, the bubble thickness is around 0.8cm.
Bigger bubble, much more air in the bubbles, then the protective effect will be better. But small bubbles, it takes small space for packing, so small bubbles of the air bubble roll is suitable for some small items.
You can pick different bubble size accordingly to different sizes of the goods.
air bubble film can be customized and branded to meet specific requirements and enhance brand visibility. Manufacturers offer options for printing logos, product information, and even marketing messages directly onto the film. This not only adds a professional touch to the packaging but also serves as a cost-effective marketing tool, promoting brand recognition and reinforcing customer loyalty.
As environmental concerns grow, eco-friendly alternatives to traditional air bubble film have emerged. Manufacturers now produce biodegradable and recyclable versions of air bubble film. These alternatives are made from sustainable materials, such as recycled polyethylene or bioplastics derived from renewable resources. They provide similar protective properties while reducing environmental impact and promoting a more sustainable packaging solution.
air bubble film is typically made from polyethylene, a durable and flexible plastic material. The manufacturing process involves extruding molten polyethylene into a thin film and then sealing two layers together, creating the characteristic air-filled bubbles. The size and shape of the bubbles can vary depending on the specific application requirements, providing different levels of protection.
